- This solicitation is issued for the purpose of evaluating whether to sell two real properties using commercial realtor services. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although proposal and offeror may be used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It will not be used as a proposal. Information received from one or more interested Offerors, on how best to market and sell the parcels, along with a cost estimate will be used to determine whether the sale transaction will proceed using a licensed realtor.
