- Garbage Collection Services for the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forest, Sulphur Ranger District, ANRA, and Shadow Mountain Village. This RFQ will be issued September 24, 2004 and will be due October 25, 2004. This solicitation is available to full and open competition. The period for performance under the base year of this contract will begin November 1, 2004 and will run through September 30, 2005.
