- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP4700-04-R-0036 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Acquisition of Commercial Items; (FAC 24) 19 July 2204. The contract line items are CLIN 0001, Infrature Web Delivery Server (1 license), qty = 1 each; CLIN 0002, Infrature Web Delivery Server Support Subscription (1 year), qty 1 each; CLIN 0003, Learner License (internet connector - unlimited learners on server), qty = 1 each; CLIN 0004, Learner Support (1 year), qty = 1 each; CLIN 0005, CourseBuilder (25 licenses), qty = 1 each; CLIN 0006 CourseBuilder Support Subscriptions (25 subscriptions/1 year), qty = 1 each.
