Description

Solicitation HC1019-04-Q-0014 is amended as follows: Contract Line Items: Provide monthly maintenance support services for security system consisting of various quantities and models - closed circuit television system, access control system and emergency EVAC system. Services shall be performed by an authorized Hirsch dealer, available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Response time shall be within four hours of government notification. CLINs: 0001, Base Year, October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005; 0002, Option Year One, October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006; 0003, Option Year Two, October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007; 0004, Option Year Three, October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008; 0005, Option Year Four, October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. Add FAR 52.217-05, Evaluation of Options; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.243-1, Changes - Fixed Price, Alternate II. Offers are due on September 27, 2004, 9:00 A.M., HST////////// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation No. HC1019-04-Q-0014. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Keener Technologies, DBA Private Eye Security and Burst Electronics, 703 Kawaiahao Street, Honolulu, HI 96313, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The North American Industry Classification System is 561621, $10.5. Services shall be performed by an authorized Hirsch dealer, available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Response time shall be within four hours of government notification.
