Description

The Defense Information System (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to Foresight Corporation, 4950 Blazer Parkway, Dublin, OH for renewal of existing EDISIM, Ambassador and Tier 1 TradeSite Software licenses. Renewal of licenses will support EDI transactional verification software for developing and maintaining new and existing EDI connections between DEBX servers and other Government/Commercial trading partners. North American Industry Classification Code is 511210, Software Publishers. The software is proprietary to Foresight Corproation and is the only source for license renewal. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award on an other than full and open competition basis should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1)and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated o/a 29 September 2004. See Numbered Note 22.
