- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Human & Robotic Technology (H&RT) which was posted on June 29, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. Extension of the due date for offerors impacted by hurricane activity as follows: Response Date: Electronic Proposals due September 29, 2004 4:30 P.M. EDT. Offerors impacted by hurricane activity may request via email to msosebee@hq.nasa.gov not later than 4:00 P.M. EDT, September 22, 2004, an extension to the due date for their full proposal until October 8, 2004, 4:30 P.M. EDT. Alternatively, offerors may request via email not later than 4:00 P.M. EDT, September 22, 2004, an extension to the due date for final Government Task Agreements (GTAs) with Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and Stennis Space Center (SSC) until October 8, 2004 4:30 P.M. EDT, if only that aspect of their proposal was impacted. In such instances, draft GTAs must be submitted by September 29, 2004, 4:30 P.M. EDT, pending final GTA submission by the extension date. The Government will provide email responses on any extension requests related to hurricane activity by no later that September 24, 2004, 12:00 P.M. EDT. 2. Information on utilizing JPL facilities. 3. Information on submission of data on the webpage. 4. Information on Research Employing Human Subjects. 5. Added a Summary Chart (Appendix E) Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=04 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
