Description

This serves as a "notice of intent" for information purposes only. The GSA IT Acquisition Services Center plans to award a software maintenance renewal option on behalf of the GSA Public Building Service for FAMIS Software off GSA Schedule IT 70 to FAMIS Software, Inc. Services include sofware maintenance renewal for: Inventory Manager (FIM-60); System Coordinator (FSC-60); Drawing Coordinator (FDC-65); Stack and Block (FSB-60); Information Display (FID-120); Enterprise Portal (FEP-5-) and Web Browser (FWB-50. FAMIS Software has full title, ownership, and is the sole developer of the FIS/FM programs licensed to and used by GSA-CIFM; therefore, technical services provided to GSA-CIFM are only by FAMIS Software. Specifically, the technical services are made up of three part a) Error Correction is the software = updates, b) Telephone support over software issues, 3) New Release ? continued product major improvements = Upgrades.This sole source procurement is under the authority of 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is for one year.
