- NAICS Code: 485 The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 2, intends to issue a sole source order to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority B&T E-ZPASS, Commercial Section Suite 308, One Edgewater Plaza, Staten Island, NY for regional E-ZPass usage for the period October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Any replies to this notice shall be faxed to 212-637-3416 by September 24, 2004. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
