- SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE The following items are applicable to this modification: SUMMARY OF CHANGES 5. Replacement Parts. a. The contractor shall at their expense, replace all worn or defective parts necessary to restore the equipment to 100% operational condition as specified by the OEM costing $25.00 or less. Contractor is to provide an estimate for parts exceeding $25.00 to the Government as soon as defective part (s) is noted. The Government reserve the right to request three bids for any parts costing $250.00 or more. d. Freight, postage, and storage charges associated with shipment and receipt of replacement parts, and the return of parts shall be the responsibility of the Contractor for parts costing $25.00 or less.
