- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A081 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-24. NAICS Code is 334611. Small business size standard is 500 employees. Fairchild AFB Fitness Center has a requirement for a system that provides both hardware and software as an integrated solution to serve as a computerized check-in to control and monitor customer access and usage. Other features include a turnstile interface, fitness center management software with front counter, data entry, and reporting and billing modules. The system shall include Dell computer work stations, on-site training, 3 ?year on-site computer repair, and 2-year ?hot swap? hardware guarantee, and 1 year support for software. The system shall come with all components necessary for a ready-to-use operation. Central Contractor Registration (CCR): Lack of CCR registration will make an offer ineligable for award.
