System/Modular/Freestanding Furniture PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF FREESTANDING FURNITURE - 04-T-0152 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This item is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There will be no hard copies distributed. No site visit deemed necessary. There is a lay out board of colors desired by the customer in the contracting office, Bldg. 1, Room 109, in Jan Banta?s cubicle. Wright Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement to purchase freestanding modular furniture and accessories for the Aeronautical Systems Center. The contractor shall provide purchasing action and complete operational installation of freestanding furniture and accessories, delivery date on or before 22 November 2004 for 88 MSS/DPM, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 Effective 18 Jun 2004. Solicitation FA8601-04-T-0152 is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 employees.
