- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial laundry supply for the Fosburg Fitness and Sport Center, Buildings 2200 and 7210, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-04-T-0058. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and DFAR?s Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. This acquisition is Unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812320. This acquisition is for Laundry Supply, a Three year basic period and Two ? One Year Options. CLIN: 0001, Basic Year One (1) The Contractor shall supply and launder approximately 3800 towels on a weekly basic in accordance with Statement Of Work dated 26 August 2004. CLIN: 0002, Basic Year One (1) Replacement Towel?s Estimate 360. Period of Performance is 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005, CLIN: 0003, Basic Year Two (2) The Contractor shall supply and launder approximately 3800 towels on a weekly basic, CLIN: 0004, Basic Year Two (3) Replacement Towel?s Estimate 360. Period of Performance is 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, CLIN: 0005, Basic Year Three (3) The Contractor shall supply and launder approximately 3800 towels on a weekly basic. CLIN: 0006, Basic Year Three (3) Replacement Towel?s Estimate 360. Period of Performance is 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, CLIN:0007, Option Year One (1) The Contractor shall supply and launder approximately 3800 towels on a weekly basic. CLIN: 0008, Option Year One (1) Replacement Towel?s Estimate 360. Period of Performance is1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. CLIN:0009, Option Year Two (2) The Contractor shall supply and launder approximately 3800 towels on a weekly basic. CLIN: 0010, Option Year Two (2) Replacement Towel?s Estimate 360.
