BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CONTRACTORS WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT.**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0206 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
