- The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to GENERAL DYNAMICS. Items to be purchased are 6 each, taclane (KG-175)E100 encryptors, release 2.0E. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 20 Sep 04.
