Description: The Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS)/Office of HIV/AIDS Policy (OHAP) through the Program Support Center, Division Acquisitions Management, Strategic Acquisition Services, intends to award a twelve (12) month sole source follow on award to the ?National Coalition of Pastor?s Spouses? to continue the development of a faith-based training guide. This award will support the continuation of the work in promoting HIV education activities in the African American community, and assist OHAP in 1) augmenting its training guide that delivers culturally appropriate messages about HIV, and 2) conduct HIV/AIDS training sessions. The anticipated award date is September 29, 2004. No solicitation will be issued.
