Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole-Source purchase order with Schramm Medical Clinic, Winner, South Dakota. This is to provide on-site services at the Schramm Medical Clinic in the outpatient department which will include ambulatory care, adult/surgical care, and emergency care to eligible IHS beneficiaries who are serviced by the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital and who reside in Winner, SD who have no alternative resources for payment of health care.
