- Crow Bottoms WRP Wetland Reserve Program Tree Planting project located in Clark County, Illinois. Work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, supplies, materials and incidentals necessary to plant 325 acres of containerized trees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page on or about October 6, 2004. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing. Fax your request to 217-353-6677. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set-aside for small business concerns. The cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The performance period is from contact award through December 31, 2004. A site showing will be held on October 14, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at the Clark County Service Center located 1001 North York in Martinsville, Illinois. For directions, call that location at 217-382-4123 ext 3. After a brief meeting concerning the bidding process and contract requirements, the group will tour the work site. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration can be accomplished at the CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov. The Interested Vendor List (IVL) feature was enabled for this solicitation on today. Interested parties are invited to register on the IVL as well as to utilize the list as a resource for identifying, or being identified as, a prospective firm with which to collaborate or team.
