- This Modification is hereby issued to change the Solicitation Number SP0450-05-R-5441 to SP0450-05-R-0130.QAP has been corrected to read as QAP 251. All terms, requirements and conditions remains the same. Solicitation Number, SP0450-05-R-0130, RD042080030000, consists of (1) NSN 6850-01-418-8759, Gripping Compound. Approved source: Holt International, CAGE 1EKS2, PART NUMBER: E-Z GRIP. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. QAP 251 applies. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. The request for proposal is solicited Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Commercial item. It will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 135 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 27 BX. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SNG) New Cumberland, PA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. MSDS is required. There is no Surge and Sustainment requirement. The solicitation will issue on ?
