Description
Pr No. YPG04253000592: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Weld Assembly, NSN 1560-01-517-9051. The quantity is 212 each for a base year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. First Article Government Testing is required, sample size 1 each. Terms: FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is 274 days DARO. QAP 008 applies. This solicitation will issue as a 100% small business set-aside. An Export Control technical data package exists for this nsn. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lower case). If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, for Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
