- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Attunity Inc., 40 Audubon Road, Wakefield, MA 01880. This acquisition is for the renewal of software licenses and enhancements for Enscribe software packages for support of Tandem, Oracle & NT Licenses for DISA Computing Services . These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 20 Sep 04 via the following address: meyerm@scott.disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.*****
