Description

BID DUE DATE WAS CHANGED TO 19 OCTOBER 2004. SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to construct an addition of a second floor meeting/training room over the existing roof at the Administration Building at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Savannah, GA. The work includes but not limited to excavation of and pouring new spread footings, form and pour new columns and up-turn beams, lay new 8? block walls, roof tie beams and cantilevered roof slab, install new roof joist and sheathing, install new modified bitumen roof, remove existing roofing and insulation down to the metal deck, install new wood floor joist and sheathing, install new windows and aluminum storefront, provide dropped acoustical ceiling and batt insulation in ceiling, fur out block walls, insulate, drywall and finish interior, stucco all exterior walls and paint, install new floor padding and carpets, and provide all mechanical and electrical systems to the new area. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
