- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; No written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number SDC-05-000 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 481112, size 5.0. This procurement is a small purchase, unrestricted solicitation. The Contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: Overnight mail service for all San Diego Sector Border Patrol for the period of 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. qty: 01, Unit of Issue: LOT. The following FAR and DFAR clauses and provisions are applicable and will be incorporated into the solicitation by reference, and will be available in full text upon request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-24.
