Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to IST International Ltd. Items to be purchased are 6 each, 10-0001 RCTL 9600 3 color-4 face control traffic light System -standard base, 6 each, storage bag with extra remote and accessories kit, 6 each left turn arrow upgrade to RCTL 9600 (two arms included), 6 each high performance 12V deep cycle gel-cell battery, size 24 and 6 each 1.5 amp tricle charger. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 17 Sep 04. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals and not a solicitation of offers. A detemination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 16 Sep 04 at 4:00 P.M.
