- Description
- This serves as a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sonag Company, a hub zone contractor for the installation of Mylar Window Protection Film. The required work consists of the contractor supplying supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and all materials necessary to furnish and install security window film on several buildings located throughout the 440th Airlift Wing. The period of performance of any resulting contract will be 120 days after notice to proceed is issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2004).
