Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 6,400 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 5,566 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date is September 1, 2005, or sooner, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Bounded by North ? Bass Road; East ? Ocmulgee River; South ? Highway 22; West ? I-475;. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking consisting of 14 secured parking spaces on site and employee/ patron parking required by code on site. A new construction site must meet 50? set back requirements from building to parking lot.
