Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? for information purposes only. The GSA IT Acquisition Services center plans to award an option on a task order awarded under FSS Schedule 70 to Carson Associates for Pilot Business Analyzer data processing services. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Information Management Dividsion (IMD) supports the analytic and managerial information needs of program managers and fund managers. The primary application development and operating environment uses Pilot Business Analyzer (PBA) models as well as Performance Scorecard Models (PBM). PBA and PBM are proprietary software from Pilot Software Acquisition Corporation. Data sources for modeling are mostly Oracle and come from uniquely architected information structures staged in GSA's Financial Management Information Systems (FAMIS) and the GSA Data Warehouse. Activities performed during the award of this option requires skills with demonstrated journeyman and senior level ability to program and develop On Line Application Programming business models in Pilot Software's PBA/PBM enfironment and provide technical support in the above environment.
