Description
This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Purchase Requisition number is M00318-04PI-FB012. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible offerors may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339992 and the business Standard is 500 employees. The delivery address is: Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Commanding General (Code LSCR R), Building 209 Supply Warehouse, Kaneohe, HI 96863. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Marine Corps Base Hawaii Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for the following items. Offerors shall provide quotes ! utilizing DESTINATION pricing for the following items: CLIN 0001 Tympani set (20?, 23?, 26?, 29?, and 32?) Adams Philharmonic Light Duff Series, U/I Set (of 5 drums), QTY (1); CLIN 0002 Trumpet, Schilke X3 (Silver Plated), U/I ea, QTY (3); CLIN 0003 Trumpet, Schilke S32 (Silver Plated), U/I ea, QTY (6); CLIN 0004 Piccolo Trumpet, Schilke P54 (Silver Plated), U/I ea, QTY (2); CLNI 0005 Orchestral Bells, Musser 1-1/2 octave Symphonic Satin Brass, U/I set, QTY (1); CLIN 0006 Xylophone, Musser M50, U/I set, QTY (1); CLIN 0007 Drum Kit w/ hardware ((6) piece set), Yamaha Maple Custom Drum set including QTY (1) 22? x 16? bass drum, QTY (1) 10? x 9? tom, QTY (1) 12? x 10? tom, QTY (1) 14? x 12? tom, and QTY (1) 16? x 14? tom w/ Hardware (including cymbal stand, foot pedal, hi-hat stand, tom holder, snare stand, U/I set, QTY (1). Offerors shall also include their delivery terms with the quotation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsib! le Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (including warranties and delivery schedules), Past Performance, and Price. Offerors shall be registered in accordance with DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award, and note that ALL INVOICES will be paid th! rough WIDE AREA WORKFLOW as per DFAR 252.232-7003 Electric submission of Payment Requests (JAN 2004) (NO EXCEPTIONS). The Offeror should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) CODE, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification number. Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Hawaii Standard Time, 22 September 2004. Quotes shall be submitted via facsimile to Attn: Riley Yogi at (808) 257-2350 or via email at Riley.Yogi@usmc.mil. The quotes submitted must clearly identify this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page or subject line. Submitters bear the burden of ensuring that the quotes reached the designated contracting office on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile transmissions to be completed. All pages of the transmission or emails and attachments must reach the office before the deadline specified and pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in the office after the specified d! eadline will not be considered. The submitter bears the risk of non-receipt of emails and attachments, and facsimile transmission and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received.
