- This notice is issued to extend subject contract awarded to Rockwell Collins Inc, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA. The extension will be for three (3)years, 23 Jan 05 through 22 Jan 08. This contract is for Messenger Software (license), Serial Synchronous Card with optional field services, manufactured by Rockwell Collins. The Serial Synchronous Card shall be available in hardware configurations capable of being installed in standard PC ISA or PCMCIA card slots. This software must be fully compatible with STANAG 5066 Version 1.2 to transfer digital data over standard Navy shipboard/shore based HF Communications systems. The HF Messenger software shall not provide radio or modem control.
