- Description
- This amendment is issued to notify all vendors remaining in the competitive range with whom the Government has conducted negotiations for Infrared Pointing, Illuminating and Aiming Laser (ITPIAL II), CLINS 0029, 0030, 0031, 0032, and associated data proposed with CLIN 0033, that discussions have concluded. A final common cut-off period for receipt of final proposal revision is established. The final proposal revision shall be in writing and the Government intends to make award without obtaining further revisions. Facsimile proposals are acceptable. Revised proposals for the solicitation?s remaining item numbers shall be addressed in upcoming amendments. Proposal revisions may include revisions to technical proposals for the proposal previously submitted for CLINS 0029, 0030, 0031, 0032, and associated data with 0033. Additional product samples are not requested and will not be evaluated. All other terms and conditions in the solicitation remain unchanged.
