Description

The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire electrical BOM for the completion of the Modular Housing Project at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number W912BU-04-T-01 07 has been assigned. The NAICS Code is 423610, with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information in cluded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Ac quisition Circular, 2001-20. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Kandahar, Afghanistan within 30 calendar days after receipt of order. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items applies. The evaluation factors are price and delivery with delivery more important t han price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representative and Certifications- Commercial Items, must be completed and returned with the offer. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply.
