- NA Reference is made to previously released synopsis for Solicitation No. DACA83-03-R-0015, posted 6 June 2004. This modification of the aforementioned synopsis is being issued to revise the following: The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Selection will be based on evaluation factors which may include but are not limited to (a) experience (b) past performance (c) technical solution (d) past success in meeting small business program goals, and (d) price. The following sentences are deleted: The selection process will be consist of 2 parts. In Part 1, no more than three (3) Contractors will be selected. Final selection in Part 2 will utilize a Cost-Technical tradeoff evaluation. The Solicitation pl ans and specifications have been issued and are available for viewing and/or downloading via the Honolulu District Contracting Website: http://www.poh.usace.army.mil/pohct/contracting/asp the proposal due date is 20 September 2004, 2:00 P.M. Hawaiian Sta ndard Time.
