Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-04-Q-0084 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2003-0501. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 337215. The small business size standard is 500. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for CLIN 0001: Purchase and installation of a two story Mezzanine, to be installed at building 609 at Moody AFB, GA. All necessary railing, decking, support, etc., shall be included in contractors quote. The following list of items is the suggested solution for this requirement. Quotes shall be identical OR EQUAL to the products listed. Any variation will be considered by the Contracting Officer regarding weather or not any variations are considered to be an OR EQUAL quote.
