Description

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF RFP ISSUANCE. THIS EFFORT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL IN NATURE AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IAW FAR PARTS 12 AND 13. Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a competitive acquisition to lease a 12,000 square foot warehouse within approximately 12 miles of Patrick AFB for lease to store a Deployable Chemical Analysis Laboratory. The warehouse shall have two bathrooms, air conditioning, phone service, 110/120 volt electrical service, and overhead door access. All utilities shall be paid by the vendor. No funds are currently available for this lease. All sources capable of providing these facilities are being sought. In addition to the information provided below entitled ?Capabilities Package," responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 6512 (size standard $6 Million) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531120. Sources with 8 (a) status or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business should address their status in their responses. Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm?s capabilities in providing the required warehouse facilities. The response must not exceed 10 pages.
