Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) bidders must bid on all or none basis. Or equal items are allowed and will be reviewed; bidder must be an authorized reseller of items, offering same or better warranty and service as company where items originated. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ: 04TC892. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030722, Standard Industrial Code 3651, North American Industry Classification System Code 334310 and Size Standard of 750 employees apply to this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical Capabilities, past performance, delivery, and warranty are equal to price in importance. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
