- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2001-24. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4809-04-Q-5002. The NAICS code 333319 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows: TOMCAT 2800 (or equal) Autoscrubber (floor scrubber) that includes one midi grit and one light grit scrub brush, 205 AMP hour battery pack, automatic charger and must include training on the proper use and care of the machine.
