Description

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, 30904,VISN 7, has a sole source requirement to be issued to Paragon Technologies, 600 Kuebler Road, Easton, PA 18040, for Technical Support of the DispensiMatic A Frame Systems. FAR 6.302 authorizes sole source procedures. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541519 with the size standard of $21.0M. The procurement will be conducted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13 in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12. The solicitation will be available on or about September 15, 2004. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax to 478-274-5585. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
