Description

This is Amendment 004 to the solicitation. This Amendment does NOT extend the date for receipt of offerors. Proposals are due on September 17, 2004 by 3 pm local time. The Department of Commerce (DOC)/ National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)/National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NESDIS) has a requirement to provide project management, engineering, relocation, and action management support to physically relocate and install antennas, computer and communications equipment and related furniture for five NESDIS operations centers and mission critical satellite systems from Federal Building 4 (FB4) to the new NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) and Wallops Command and Data Acquisition Station (WCDAS).
