Approved source is FAG Bearings, Ltd. (36069). Item approval by design control activity applies. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years with an estimated value of $1,104,813 ($220,962.60 base). Estimated annual quantity is 408 EA with an annual guaranteed minimum of 102 EA. Surge is not applicable. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02. Delivery is 174 DARO.
