- Amendment Number 0001 has been uploaded. Reminder: An Engineering Documentation Package (EDP) will be required with the offeror's proposal. The EDP consists of, as a minimum, documents and data necessary for the Coast Guard engineers to integrate the Contractor?s equipment into the design of Coast Guard vessels. Examples of EDP include, but are not limited to: hard copy paper drawings, electronic drawing files, commercial catalog sheets, off the shelf tech pubs, photographs, etc. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be posted on www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. Contractors are encouraged to visit this cite for the solicitation and any amendments, and the actual date for receipt of proposals. See Numbered Note 12.
