- Description
- Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to Replace Lift Station at U.S. Coast Guard Station Annapolis, Annapolis, MD. Excavate approx. 300 CY of soil around existing lift station. Material that is deemed satisfactory material shall be stockpiled for reuse as backfill. All other material shall be disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations. Remove existing lift station (CMU enclosure/roof, concrete wet well, piping, pumps, electrical components, ect.) in its entirety and associated concrete foundation and dispose of accordingly. Remove approx. 30 LF of existing 6? diameter cement asbestos pipe and dispose of according to all federal, state and local regulations. Provide temporary sewage removal during construction period. Remove approx. 10 LF of existing 6? diameter pvc pipe and dispose of accordingly. Furnish and install new sewage lift station including concrete wet well w/access hatch, ductile iron piping, pumps, guide rail, float assembly, electrical control panel, wiring/conduit and vent as shown on drawings. Furnish and install new 3?-0? X 5?-0? precast concrete valve vault and new 4? diameter ductile iron check valve and gate valve as shown on drawings. Furnish and install new 6? diameter conduit and wiring to connect existing sewer piping to lift station as required. Furnish and install new electrical conduit and wiring to connect electrical power to new sewage lift station. Backfill excavation with satisfactory material, grade area to provide proper drainage and seed disturbed area as specified. Period of performance is 75 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 237110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5M.
