- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) HSCG23-04-Q-MWV226. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 01-24. Quotes based on existing GSA related contracts are acceptable. Your GSA Schedule/Contract Number and expiration date shall appear on the quote. This RFQ is issued under Full and Open Competition. NAICS Code 339999. Description of Requirement: The Government has a requirement for Terma Radar Spare Parts. Provide a price for CLIN 0001, T/R-X-25KW Magnetron, Part No. MG5329, QTY 15; CLIN 0002, T/R-X-4KW Magnetron, Part No. MG5331, QTY 10; CLIN 0003, Rotary Joint/Shaft Encoder, Part No. 235060-001, QTY 10; CLIN 0004, Modulater, Part No. 253720-001, QTY 6. Delivery shall be to U.S. Coast Guard, 1545 Crosswood Way, Suite 5, Chesapeake, VA 23320. By (Provide Delivery Date as the Number of Days After Receipt of Order with Quote), as FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to this combined CBD synopsis/solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: Delivery and Price. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, applies. The provision at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, applies. The provision at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms And Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies, with addenda clauses FAR 52.222.25 Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222.26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222.36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; and FAR 52.222.37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era.
