Description
Universal Weapons Racks Reference Number: F1SFGT42230400 Questions and Answers 1. The actual number of weapons in front and in back, you said 2 in front and 3 in back. Correct 2. Where will they be mounted? Roof, dash, floor, back seat, etc. The weapons rack will need to be mounted to the floor and able to with stand a 60 mph roll-over 3. You said universal, is that from vehicle to vehicle and/or back to front also? Yes 4. How many installations at one time. All, 5, 10, etc. And how long to complete the overall installation. 60 days for all 5. What is the weight and dimensions of the weapons? M240 Width: 5 1/4" Height: 8 1/2" Length: 47 3/4" M203 Width: 2 3/4" Height: 6 1/2" Length: 39 1/4" M249 Width: 5 3/4" Height: 9 1/2" Length: 40" M4 Width: 3" Height: 7" Length: 33 1/2" 7. How many weapons must each rack hold at one time? The weapons rack must hold 5 weapons. The first "arm" will need to hold an M-4 and M-203. These weapons will have to be able to be secured on either side of the arm. The second arm mwill have to hold an M-4, M-249 and M-240. 8. What kind of release mechanism is needed? A quick release system that is not electronic and can secure a 60mph roll-over and maitain the weapons in the locked position. 9. Are the racks mounted interior or exterior? The racks need to be mounted in the cab portion of the vehicle to th floor. This system will need to be able to with stand a 60 mph roll-over.
