- The above referenced open market BPA solicitation is for rubber bands. This will be a 4 month firm fixed price contract that will be issued on or aout September 22, 2004. This procurement consist 7 NSNs. The terms of the contract is DOA thru 1/30/04. Delivery will be issued to the GSA distribution centers in Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA.
