Description

Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to competitively award a firm fixed price non-personal services requirements type contract for three (3) different educational courses to conduct Unit Movement Training. The contract will be for one base year plu s four option years. The courses are CMTT Course, DLS Course and Resident course, including providing system administrative support for hardware and software maintenance for all UMO training system. The courses will be taught at any of the following: the training site at Rose Barracks in vilseck, Germany in a traditional classroom setting, or via the Distributed Learning System, or on site at the requesting unit’s location via contracted Mobile Training Team (CMTT) throughout US Army installation in Germany and Europe, if required. The Contractor may also be required to teach the courses via CMTT at crises location worldwide, i.e. Iraq or Afghanistan or wherever the Army is operating throughout the life of the contract. The contract will be awarded by 15 Aug 04, with performance beginning 1 Oct 04. Further details will be available when solicitation W912CM-04-R-0011 is released on/around 6 Apr 04 with a closing date of on or around 5 May 04.
