- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) seeks to procure services for the INtegration and Operation of the Nautical Charting SYstem. A RFQ and Statement of Work are attached. NOAA seeks to procure these services through the General Services Administration Schedule 70, General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services, Special Item Number 132-51, Information Technology Services.
