- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to Corporate Executive Board under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA is currently sponsoring this membership. This procurement will allow eight (8) GSA employees from Office of Government-wide Policy and Public Buildings Service to participate in the research to initiate corporate real estate 20/10 to work with people in all eight (8) research areas individually opposed to the normal two (2) research areas which GSA already has. The training is for one year. The research is to investigate best practices in real estate management in Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Canada, Mexico and the United States using a cross section of people of different aspects of all industry of real estate. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 813920. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00pm. e.s.t, Thursday, September 16, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
