Description: This notice modifies the synopsis published on August 30, 2004 regarding the Office of Administration's notice of intent to issue an order to Innovative Interfaces, Inc. for the upgrade of the Innopac automated library system to the Millenium version web-based format. Included with this software upgrade are hardware upgrades and maintenance/technical support costs for fiscal year 2005. This is considered a sole source procurement because the Innopac/Millenuim products are copyrighted products of Innovative Interfaces, Inc. and are not available from another source. A solicitation does not exist and proposals are not anticipated. See note 22.
