- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of commercially available hardware, software, and support services for the Criminal Investigation Division (CI), National Forensic Laboratory. Under this order, the IRS also intends to obtain related training. The purchase of these services will allow the IRS to maintain technologic currency and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Forensic Document Image Enhancement System (DOCPRO). The upgrade to the existing system requires the integration of additional components to be optimally matched and fully integrated with the existing DOCPRO System. The overall specifications for this upgrade are attached: All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by the date specified (9/14/04) no later than 3:00pm. All quotes shall include FOB point, point of contact (name and telephone numbers), business size and payment terms, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) All questions must be submitted in writing to Valerie A.
