- The Regional Contracting Office Northeast, MCB, Quantico, VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to SIMmersion, L.L.C., 9881 Broken Land Parkway, Columbia, MD 21046 for computer-based human simulation language sustainment/enhancement software. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract award. SIMmersion, L.L.C. is the sole manufacturer of the required system and is the only source that can provide the required simulation. See note 22. This notice is effective for 10 days after the posting date.
