- The Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Agilent Technologies Inc., 2850 Centervile Road, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. A sole source justification has been prepared and approved. The period of performance is anticipated to be 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. The proposed order is for CHEMlms/QC-CLIENT Software Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
